  • QR Codes: For simple authenticity verification, some of the brands we carry, such as Some By Mi and Axis-Y, have QR codes on their packaging. 
  • Barcodes: As standard identifiers that guarantee product traceability, barcodes are included with every product.
  • Batch Codes: Depending on their policies, certain brands may or may not utilize batch codes to track manufacturing information.
  • Expiration Dates or Shelf Life: In the absence of a batch code, brands usually offer a “Period After Opening” (PAO) symbol, an expiration date, or the shelf life. Certain CeraVe products, for instance, may not have an expiration date on them but still meet suggested safety and quality requirements. 
  • 100% Authenticity: Authorized distributors are the source of all of our items.
  • Clarity: If a batch code isn’t provided, you can count on the expiration date or shelf life to ensure safe usage.

Refund, Return & Exchange

– We understand the importance of the right shade or size in beauty products. If there’s a mismatch with your order, we gladly offer an exchange to meet your preferences.

2. Return Authorization & Packaging:
– Upon approval, you’ll receive instructions and a unique return authorization number. Please mark this number on the package securely.

– Ship the beauty items to the provided address. Note that shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

4. Confirmation and Processing:
– Upon receipt, our team inspects the items. Upon approval, we swiftly process your request, whether it’s an exchange or refund.

We reserve the right to deny requests in the following circumstances:
– Unauthorized returns without a valid return authorization number.
– Returns after the specified window.
– Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration.
– Requests not meeting outlined criteria.
– Products not in original packaging or missing documentation.
– Multiple return requests from the same customer within a short timeframe.

– Refunds, returns, or exchanges for beauty items purchased through third-party vendors or unauthorized distributors are not covered under this policy.

Terms & Conditions

  • Dew Diva reserves the right to change the prices, offers, specifications and terms and conditions of any product displayed on its website without prior notice.
  • Dew Diva is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors. The color/texture/size of the actual product may vary slightly from the website image.
  • Product stock and availability are subject to change; products shown as “In Stock” may sometimes be unavailable.
  • All our products are 100% original and carefully tested before delivery.
  • The buyer must verify the batch code, expiration date , and originality at the time of delivery .
  • No complaints will be accepted after the delivery person leaves .
  • Refunds/exchanges are not applicable after the product has been opened/used/swatched or tested .

Acceptable reasons

  1. Damaged or defective products — Exchange subject to proof at time of delivery.
  2. Wrong Product Shipped — Exchange if a different product is received due to a shipping error by Dew Diva.
  3. Shade/Size Mismatch — Exchanges only for unused and unopened products.

Special conditions

  • For hygiene reasons, some beauty products (e.g. lip/eye/skin care) are not returnable .
  • Clearance/Final Sale products are not returnable or exchangeable .

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact : Call Customer Service with your order number: 016 8566 2241.
  2. Approval : A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued upon approval .
  3. Packaging and Shipping : The package should be shipped to the specified address with the RAN mentioned as per the instructions provided. Return shipping charges are applicable for customer-caused returns.
  4. Verification and Processing : After receiving and verifying the product, the exchange/refund will be processed as per the policy.

Cases where returns are not acceptable

  • Return/exchange requests without authorization.
  • Return after the specified time limit.
  • Used/opened/damaged/products without original packaging.
  • Products purchased from third parties or unauthorized distributors.
  • Repeated return requests from the same customer over time.

Order cancellation and return charges

  • Delivery charges apply for order cancellation/return:
    • In Dhaka city: ৳ 80
    • Dhaka Suburbs: ৳ 100
    • Outside Dhaka: ৳ 120
  • Failure to pay the return fee or return the product/sample may result in permanent suspension of all our services .
  • It is advisable to confirm stock before ordering.
  • Digital payments are made through secure gateways/mobile banking.
  • Refund processing can usually take 10-15 business days .
  • Additional charges/gateway fees incurred at the time of payment are non-refundable .
  • Orders for in-stock products are typically processed within 48–72 hours .
  • Orders are not processed on public holidays/closed days.
  • Dew Diva reserves the right to cancel orders at any time without prior notice .
  • Any informational/technical/typographical errors on the website may result in corrections or cancellation of the order.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer reliable shipping through Pathao Courier Service:
– Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 2 days for Dhaka City and Dhaka Suburbs; 1 to 3 days for other districts and divisions.
– Pathao officially delivers before 5 PM. If any delays occur, feel free to call the delivery agent or contact us for assistance.
– You’ll receive a confirmation text message with your order number and total amount.

Shipping fees are as follows:
– Dhaka City: 80 BDT
– Dhaka Suburban Areas: 100 BDT
– Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT

Ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate to prevent delivery issues. We’re not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

– Product Shortages: Occasionally, unexpected shortages can lead to delays in shipping.

If you decide to cancel your order, return delivery fees apply:
– 80 BDT within Dhaka
– 100 BDT for Dhaka Suburbs
– 120 BDT for Outside Dhaka

If the return fee isn’t paid, or if there’s any attempt to keep or steal or swap products/samples, it will result in permanent suspension of all our services and will be marked as scammed in Pathao Courier Service.

– Pathao Courier Service only accepts Cash on Delivery. We do not recommend paying online or by card to Pathao due to potential scams and issues for which we do not take any responsibility.
– However, you can pay upfront via Bkash or bank transfer (both domestic and international) during checkout from our website or business pages.

– Order confirmation, including your order number and amount, will be sent via text.
– A tracking link will be provided through Pathao via text, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s journey.
